Shipping Policy

1. Production and Delivery

(1) All products are produced individually after ordering (print-on-demand).

(2) The delivery times stated below refer to the total delivery time (production and shipping).

(3) The delivery period begins:

  • for payment in advance: on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank

  • for all other payment methods: on the day after the contract is concluded

(4) If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.

(5) Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the production or shipping location.

(6) Partial deliveries are only made if this is reasonable for the customer.

Note:
In individual cases (e.g. high demand, seasonal peaks, customs clearance, strikes or force majeure), delays may occur. In such cases, we will notify you without delay.


3. Shipping Costs

(1) Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.

(2) The amount of shipping costs depends on the destination country and product.


4. Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

(1) For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import charges or taxes may apply.

(2) These are to be borne by the customer.

(3) We have no influence on the type or amount of these charges.


5. Shipping Carriers and Fulfillment

(1) Production and shipping are handled by our fulfillment partner Printful Inc.

(2) Shipping is carried out by suitable carriers (e.g. DHL, UPS, USPS or comparable providers).

(3) There is no entitlement to the selection of a specific shipping carrier.


6. Transfer of Risk

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

(1) The customer is obliged to provide a complete and correct delivery address.

(2) In the event of incorrect or incomplete details, there is no entitlement to free replacement.

(3) Any additional costs incurred are to be borne by the customer.


8. Undeliverable Shipments / Refusal of Acceptance

(1) If a shipment is returned due to refusal of acceptance, non-collection or customs issues, we reserve the right to deduct the resulting shipping and return costs from the refund amount.

(2) Re-shipment will only take place after renewed payment of shipping costs.


9. Shipping Damage

(1) Obvious shipping damage should, where possible, be reported to the carrier immediately and communicated to us without delay.

(2) Failure to do so has no effect on statutory warranty rights.
